Due to recent changes in how shipments from the UK to the EU are processed as a result of Brexit and new EU regulation some orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched.
Recently we have implemented a price change that will allow us to ship all orders to the EU with all duties and taxes prepaid. This will mean less delays and faster delivery as the orders will not be stopped at the border.
These changes have only just been implemented by Royal Mail so there maybe a few teething problems to start with. Please bear with us during this period as we are all learning how best to work within the new system.
